Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in a server or customer service role
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic math skills
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly
- take accurate food and drink orders
- deliver orders efficiently to tables
- provide detailed information on menu items and specials
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- process payments and handle cash or card transactions
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
