Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or related role is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to guests by creating personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions
  • Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes and accurately answer guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance and be an ambassador of the establishment
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
