Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- standing and walking for long periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- strong communication skills
- must be able to work daytime shifts
- availability to work full time with a minimum of 30 hours per week
- willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
- ability to use POS systems
- must be at least 18 years old

- Texas Food Handlers certificate

- ability to memorize recipes and beverage lists

Job Duties
- Be passionate about food, wine, spirits, and coffee
- represent the Tiny Boxwoods Productions culture
- learn and be knowledgeable of the food and beverage menus
- memorize food and beverage notes
- prepare dining room and patio for service
- accurately take guest orders
- demonstrate clear communication skills
- ensure all guests are well taken care of and needs are met
- provide outstanding table maintenance throughout guests' meals
- monitor quality control and guest satisfaction
- demonstrate confident and professional salesmanship
- interact socially with guests in a polite and friendly manner
- manage timing of courses delivered from kitchen to tables
- practice exceptional food handling
- provide excellent bottle presentation and beverage service
- use POS system to enter orders
- handle cash and credit card payments
- contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks effectively and quickly
- pay close attention to detail
- adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- follow side work procedures, keeping the restaurant clean and organized
- comply with dress code policy by being pressed and tailored
- perform up to company standards, expectations, and policies
- perform other duties as assigned
