Server - Per Diem

RiverWoods is currently seeking servers to join their dynamic culinary services team. This role offers flexible per diem hours, allowing candidates to select shifts that fit their schedules, including afternoons and evenings, such as 4 pm to 8 pm, and time slots that accommodate after-school activities, sports, or other personal commitments. As a server at RiverWoods, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' dining experiences by providing attentive and courteous service in settings ranging from casual Bistro dining to fine dining restaurants. Responsibilities include taking meal orders using tablet software, assisting with packaging to-go meals, setting and clearing tables, managing opening and closing duties such as rolling utensils and cleaning silverware and glassware, and maintaining positive communication with dining room managers and hosts or hostesses to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction. The role does not require previous experience, making it accessible to various applicants including those entering the workforce or seeking flexible part-time employment.
