Job Requirements
- Must have basic kitchen experience
- ability to operate kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and ice machine
- knowledge of food handling and sanitation rules
- familiarity with OSHA and MSDS safety procedures
- knowledge of fire and safety protocols
- must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- punctuality and appropriate work attire adherence

Job Duties
- Follow the posted work schedule and arrive on time and in appropriate work attire
- maintain the kitchen and other assigned areas in a sanitary manner
- establish and maintain constructive working relationships with coworkers and residents
- be familiar with food handling procedures and regulations
- operate kitchen appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, and ice machine
- assist with food preparation, inventory, maintenance, deliveries, and shelving stock
- clean and service the dining room as needed
