The Server role at Palo Alto Hills Golf & Country Club is a vital part of the Food and Beverage team and is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Servers are responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring that every dining experience meets the club’s elevated standards of hospitality. Working under the guidance of the Dining Room Manager and Food & Beverage Director, servers are expected to demonstrate attentive and courteous service while adhering to all safety and legal regulations concerning food and alcohol service. With a compensation of $24.00 per hour plus participation in the House Service Charge Distribution Plan, this hourly non-exempt position also qualifies for overtime pay.
