The Server position at Desert Mountain Club provides a unique opportunity to join the Food & Beverage team at the recently updated Renegade Hideout, located within the Renegade Clubhouse. This venue merges modern style with the timeless charm of the desert, offering guests a fresh take on country club casual dining framed by sweeping views of the Renegade golf course and stunning Sonoran sunsets. This role is ideal for service-minded professionals passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable dining experiences in an upscale, fast-paced environment. Servers are responsible for curating the dining experience by offering knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings, ensuring personalized and attentive service from greeting guests to processing their check, and fostering warm connections with patrons. The position operates in a collaborative team setting emphasizing professionalism, enthusiasm, and a family-oriented atmosphere.

Work shifts cover breakfast (7-11 a.m.), lunch (11 a.m.-4 p.m.), and dinner services (4:30-9 p.m.). Employees can expect to maintain a high standard of service, utilizing name recognition and suggestive selling techniques to enrich guest experiences and ensure repeat clientele.   • flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Present menus
  • suggest dishes utilizing suggestive selling techniques
  • assist in beverage selection and service
  • communicate specific customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and modifications to the culinary team
  • maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items including cocktails, beer, and wine
  • maintain a high-level dining experience with a family mindset
  • utilize name recognition and personalized service to maintain loyal guests
  • practice three steps of service - warm welcome, friendly service, and fond farewell
  • communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events professionally
  • maintain clean service areas and clubhouse appearance
  • proactively assist other team members
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
