The Server position at Desert Mountain Club provides a unique opportunity to join the Food & Beverage team at the recently updated Renegade Hideout, located within the Renegade Clubhouse. This venue merges modern style with the timeless charm of the desert, offering guests a fresh take on country club casual dining framed by sweeping views of the Renegade golf course and stunning Sonoran sunsets. Servers are responsible for curating the dining experience by offering knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings, ensuring personalized and attentive service from greeting guests to processing their check, and fostering warm connections with patrons. Work shifts cover breakfast (7-11 a.m.), lunch (11 a.m.-4 p.m.), and dinner services (4:30-9 p.m.).
