As a Server at Immanuel Village, your primary responsibility will be to deliver excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food in a courteous and professional manner. This includes preparing the dining room and designated kitchen areas before meals, ensuring a clean and hospitable environment, and meeting the specific dietary and service needs of residents. It is important that servers handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards to comply with health regulations. Furthermore, delivering food directly to apartments and clearing tables ensures a seamless dining experience for residents who might prefer the comfort of their personal living spaces.

Immanuel Communities places a strong emphasis on work-life harmony, personal growth, and an inclusive culture where everyone’s unique contributions are recognized and celebrated. Employees are supported through comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
This position is particularly well-suited for individuals with previous food service experience, though it also welcomes those new to the field who are eager to learn and contribute. Candidates must be at least 14 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A background check and drug screening are required before employment to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for residents and staff alike.
