The Server position at Springhouse plays a vital role in the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to residents, their families, and guests. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak English in an understandable manner
- previous experience in food service preferred
- knowledge and experience in working with elderly
- previous dementia experience preferred
- food service sanitation certificate according to state/local requirements
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- ability to easily lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
