Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Willingness to undergo food safety training and obtain necessary local, state or county food handling licenses
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Basic computer literacy
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

No prior experience necessary
Previous food service experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
Basic computer skills including POS and payroll systems
Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
Problem-solving skills for practical situations
Positive and friendly demeanor
Completion of food safety training and obtaining required certifications

Job Duties

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner
Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Use POS system accurately for order processing
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
