Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or walk 8-10 hours at a time

Job Duties
- Prepares room for dining by table set up including condiments napkins utensils menus etc
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Provides fast friendly and professional service to all guests following the establishment's service attributes
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu offering cocktails beer or wine suggesting courses explaining chef specialties identifying appropriate alcohol pairings answering food preparation questions
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices identifying special dietary needs and special requests
- Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression
- Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars
- Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs observing dining process
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed replenishing utensils refilling water glasses being alert to spills or other special needs
- Concludes dining experience by thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Obtains revenues by totaling charges issuing bill accepting payment returning change or credit card to patrons
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains clean work areas replenishes stocks at end of shift and completes end of shift duties
- Follows outlet policies and procedures for operational flow at each station
- Knows and promotes customer events and programs providing accurate guest information
- Arrives for scheduled shift on time with proper attire clean pressed uniform and visible name tag and badge
- Demonstrates knowledge of daily chef specials beer specials and sporting events on TVs
