Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is highly preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- ability to use technology such as tablets, iPads, computers, and POS systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining service etiquette
- ability to handle station and work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

- present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner
- serve food and beverages in an elegant and efficient manner, adhering to fine dining standards
- monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience, ensuring satisfaction
- handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and poise, escalating issues to the manager when necessary
- maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, wine list, and seasonal offerings
