As a part of the Spectrum team, the role of Server is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that define the community experience. This part-time position offers variable shifts, including weekends, and provides an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, based on experience. The Server role is centered on creating an exceptional dining atmosphere where residents and guests feel valued and cared for. The successful candidate will build strong, trusting relationships with residents by providing attentive and personalized service typical of a favorite restaurant setting.

In this role, the Server is responsible for guiding residents to their tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and assisting in drink selection to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Using a state-of-the-art point of sale system, the Server accurately communicates resident orders to ensure timely and precise delivery. Additionally, the Server undertakes opening and closing duties in the dining room in accordance with community standards. This position requires a genuine enthusiasm for customer service, a friendly demeanor marked by a big smile, and a compassionate attitude towards the residents. Spectrum is committed to supporting ongoing development; therefore, the Server will either hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card, facilitated by Spectrum if necessary, in compliance with state and county regulations.
