Our community embodies a spirit of hospitality and excellence, ensuring that every moment experienced by our residents and associates reflects quality and compassion.
The Server position at BridgePoint at Los Altos is a part-time role designed for individuals passionate about delivering superior customer service in a dynamic dining environment. This role involves serving food and beverages to residents and guests with professionalism and friendliness, contributing directly to the overall dining experience and comfort of our senior community. The work schedule includes Sunday mornings from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, as well as Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible hours combined with meaningful work. In this role, servers perform all essential dining steps of service, ensuring each interaction with residents is handled with care and attentiveness. Responsibilities include warmly greeting and escorting residents within various dining venues while providing assistance as needed, demonstrating familiarity with daily menu offerings, and helping residents with their dining requests. Maintaining cleanliness in all dining areas, ensuring proper table settings, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality are also core aspects of the job. The role demands a combination of friendliness, efficiency, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
