The Server role at Fountaingrove Lodge is a part-time position with a competitive pay range of $18.25 to $19.25 per hour. Serving as a vital member of the dining team, the Server is responsible for delivering food and beverage services to residents, family members, and visitors with a high standard of professionalism, dignity, and courtesy. The goal is to enhance the dining experience by ensuring that orders are taken accurately, meals are served correctly, and guests’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.

This position requires not only technical proficiency with food service operations, including the use of point of sale (POS) systems, but also an unwavering commitment to upholding proper serving etiquette such as serving from the left and clearing dishes between courses. Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff is paramount, requiring adherence to established safety protocols and compliance with health screenings and background checks.

In addition to serving duties, the Server is expected to participate actively in teamwork by cooperating with colleagues and other departments to foster a positive and efficient working atmosphere. This role is especially suitable for individuals who have a strong desire to work with elderly residents, providing care and support that meets their unique needs while contributing to their overall quality of life.
