The club nurtures a welcoming atmosphere where members can enjoy an ambiance of exclusivity, comfort, and convenience, all while adhering to the highest standards of hospitality and guest care. This environment reflects the core values of honesty, hospitality, fun, enthusiasm, and quality that guide every aspect of the club's operation.
The position available is for a part-time experienced server who will work flexible shifts from Thursday through Sunday, with a requirement of availability on both Saturday and Sunday. Reporting directly to the Clubhouse Manager, this role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service tailored to meet the needs of discerning members and guests. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating an unforgettable dining experience by demonstrating a service-first mentality, united teamwork, and a detailed knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings. This position demands flexibility, professionalism, and a dedication to maintaining an immaculate service environment both front and back of house.
As a server, the individual will play a vital role in the dining operations by preparing and organizing the dining area, promptly attending to guests upon arrival, offering menu guidance, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery and presentation of food and beverages. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with the smooth operation of the service flow, monitoring guest satisfaction, handling billing accurately, and complying with all club policies and legal requirements including those relating to alcohol service.
Beyond day-to-day duties, the server will participate in pre- and post-shift meetings, maintain awareness of scheduled events and special activities, and uphold the dress code and professional demeanor expected of the club's ambassadors. This position is not only a service role but an opportunity to engage with a community that values high standards and personal touches in hospitality. The server must be prepared to work nights, weekends, holidays, and club events, reflecting the club’s commitment to continuous excellence.
Offering a competitive base pay, commissions, and tips, the position also presents a pathway to a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holiday pay. Additionally, conveniences such as flexible scheduling, free food and snacks during shifts, and opportunities for training and development make this a compelling opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality and service excellence.
