These residences are meticulously designed with elegant decor and superior craftsmanship, creating an atmosphere that is both welcoming and sophisticated. At Grand Living, the emphasis extends beyond the physical environment to focus heavily on personalized service that ensures every resident and guest feels genuinely valued and cared for. The hallmark of these communities is a seamless blend of gracious apartments and deluxe amenities tailored to promote comfort, dignity, and an enriched lifestyle for seniors. This dedication to excellence is reflected in every interaction and service offered across their various venues, including casual dining spaces, formal restaurants, and specialized memory care areas. Their renowned hospitality philosophy, The Sterling Touch®, epitomizes the ultimate in professional, friendly, and attentive service, setting a high standard across all operations.
This position offers a part-time opportunity designed for those with open availability during evening hours. The Server role is critically important in enhancing the dining experience for residents, their families, and guests. Servers contribute by delivering exceptional culinary support throughout diverse dining venues—ranging from the Bistro and Casual dining settings to Formal dinners, Memory Care Luminations®, and private Club Room events. The role demands the highest level of professionalism, attentiveness, and timeliness to ensure satisfaction and comfort for all patrons. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, the Server will uphold Grand Living's standards by implementing established procedures and practices. This role presents a unique chance for individuals passionate about hospitality to join an upscale, nurturing environment where their contribution directly impacts the quality of life of the senior community. Employees enjoy an upscale working atmosphere that features exquisite cuisine, free employee meals (subject to eligibility), and access to Grand Spa and Fitness facilities during designated times. Additionally, while this is a part-time employment opportunity, Grand Living provides a competitive compensation structure with potential benefits.
