We are currently seeking to hire a part-time Server to join our culinary team at Legend Senior Living. This role is critical in delivering an outstanding dining experience to our residents by providing efficient, courteous, and professional service during meal times. Unlike traditional server positions, this role offers no late-night shifts, supporting a healthy work-life balance by focusing on earlier meal times preferred by our friendly residents. Servers in this role receive a flat hourly wage without tips, ensuring protection and fairness for residents and employees alike.

The Server position involves taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately, assisting with special resident requests, maintaining the salad bar's quality and temperature, and ensuring tables are cleared and reset appropriately.
