Grand Living is transforming senior hospitality with a vision that blends luxury, comfort, and personalized care into uniquely inspiring residential communities. As an iconic brand, Grand Living has rapidly grown to become a leader in upscale senior living by offering an environment that goes beyond architectural beauty to truly enhance the lives of its residents. The company’s hallmark lies not just in its beautiful apartments, elegant décor, and design excellence, but in its people who deliver unmatched service experiences imbued with warmth, respect, and genuine care. This dedication creates a welcoming atmosphere where residents, their families, and guests feel valued and embraced every day.
Grand Living’s commitment is to foster meaningful connections and uphold the highest standards of quality and service in all interactions. Luxury-inspired amenities and thoughtfully designed spaces underpin an extraordinary lifestyle that meets the diverse needs of seniors in a nurturing community. From daily activities to special occasions, the company’s integrated approach ensures residents enjoy an engaging and fulfilling experience, supported by friendly and professional team members.
The Server position at Grand Living is pivotal in delivering the exceptional dining experience that complements the company’s overall philosophy. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, the Server plays a critical role in supporting culinary services across multiple dining venues, including Bistro, Casual, Formal dining, Luminations memory care, and Club Room. Additionally, this role contributes to executing special events and private functions, consistently maintaining the sterling reputation of Grand Living’s hospitality. The Server is expected to embody the "Sterling Touch," characterized by professionalism, friendliness, courteousness, helpfulness, and prompt service that ensures every dining engagement culminates in high satisfaction for residents and their guests.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a genuine care for others are paramount. The Server must have the ability to communicate clearly in English, understand and follow procedures, and work seamlessly with kitchen staff and dining teams. The physical nature of the job requires stamina and manual dexterity, as serving duties include prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and handling of utensils and equipment. Grand Living fosters employee growth and well-being through a supportive culture, continuous training, and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the resident experience.
Through dedication to exemplary service and an unwavering focus on resident satisfaction, the Server helps uphold Grand Living’s reputation as a premier senior living provider. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, care, and elevating the dining experience within a respected and compassionate community. Grand Living values diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals committed to creating an environment where everyone feels uniquely embraced.
