The Tradition Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Dining Room Server for its Ft. Worth - Clearfork community. This full-time role is integral to the Food & Beverage department, directly reporting to the Director of Dining who manages day-to-day dining operations. The Dining Room Server plays a key role in ensuring the timely preparation and presentation of meals that meet high standards of quality and appeal. Responsibilities include cooking quality food, styling and plating meals attractively, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas, and supporting sanitation and inventory control efforts.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting and possess strong culinary skills, including knowledge of restaurant-style meal preparation and service protocols. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow recipes precisely are essential. The role also demands strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations, including effective communication with residents and guests. The Dining Room Server is responsible for maintaining accurate food production records, temperature logs, and cleaning schedules to comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
