- Cook quality food
- Style, quality, and timeliness of meal service
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
- Ensure appealing meal presentation with entrée availability and timely preparation
- Foster positive guest relations through resident and guest interaction and communication
- Maintain food production records, temperature logs, and cleaning schedules
- Control inventory
