Job Duties

  • Practice positive public relations by maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests
  • Be attentive to guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
  • Display enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
  • Assist other Servers to promote teamwork and ensure outstanding guest service
  • Understand product specifications and verify guests' receipts match the number of guests dining
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • Report any equipment and facility problems to the Manager
  • Follow proper table bussing procedures
  • Adhere to safe work practices to ensure personal and coworker safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and meet service and quality standards
  • Comply with local health department laws
