Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work part-time evening shift from 4:00pm to 7:30pm
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
Commitment to upholding organizational mission and values

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in dining services or food service preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and meal service protocols
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
Customer service orientation with sensitivity to diverse cultures

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and availability of dining room equipment and supplies
Assist residents with dining services and needs
Set tables according to established protocol and reset for next meal
Respond to dietary restrictions and consult kitchen staff
Serve and remove plates, glasses, and utensils following protocol
Work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate respect
Provide excellent customer service in accordance with CARES platform
