  • high school diploma or equivalent or three-six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • food serving experience preferred
  • able to stand or walk 75 percent of the day
  • able to work under conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, reaching, pulling, pushing, and grasping
  • subject to reactions from dust, disinfectants and cleaning chemicals
  • may be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, and other conditions
  • use personal protective equipment and supplies when needed
  • subject to infectious diseases, substances, and odors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • food serving experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat residents and guests
  • always be ready to assist residents in sitting and in rising from the table
  • serve food in an efficient and professional manner
  • label and date all food
  • keep the dining and service areas clean and sanitary
  • approach and interact with residents, guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented and professional manner
  • take food and beverage orders and serve meals as they are ordered
