Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality or senior living preferred
ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
good interpersonal skills
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
flexible availability for AM and PM shifts

Job Qualifications

Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living preferred
ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
strong interpersonal and customer service skills
dependable and punctual
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good judgment and problem-solving abilities
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Prepare and serve food items to residents within scheduled time frames
clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
communicate effectively in English with residents and staff
demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
provide courteous and attentive service to enhance resident dining experiences
follow all health and safety regulations, maintain sanitation standards
assist in coordinating dining room setup and breakdown
