Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Good manual dexterity for handling kitchen utensils and equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents, guests, and team members

Job Duties
- Enhance the overall dining experience for residents and guests
- Assist in delivering culinary activities in all dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room
- Provide professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely service following The Sterling Touch® standards
- Support special events and private functions with excellent service
- Work under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor
- Maintain community standards, processes, procedures, practices, and philosophies
- Foster a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere
