Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal working age
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid state-mandated beverage service certificate if applicable
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or server role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS operations
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and allergen awareness
- Must possess or be willing to obtain state-mandated beverage service certification if required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting customers warmly and taking orders accurately
- Maintain safe food handling and allergen awareness practices
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Promote menu items passionately and assist guests with food and beverage selections
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server station
- Obtain and maintain the state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
