We are currently seeking an Oyster Bar Server who will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent food and beverage services to guests seated at the Oyster Bar and surrounding tables. This position requires a blend of friendly hospitality and efficient service to enhance the customer experience. The Oyster Bar Server will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, maintaining deep knowledge of menu items including beer and wine selections, and ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of the service stations reflect the company's standards. Attention to detail is crucial, as the role involves inspecting the cleanliness and condition of assigned stations and public spaces, maintaining organized bar and bottle displays, coolers, and station equipment.

The position requires candidates to be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED, or be willing to complete a GED program within six months of employment. Experience in the beverage department or related fields, as well as minimum bartending skills, are essential to succeed in this role. The company offers a competitive base pay ranging from $9.00 to $13.00, reflective of experience and skill level.
