The role of Server within Legends Global's Team Dining Team represents an exciting opportunity to join the workforce servicing one of the most anticipated sports venues, the new Highmark Stadium. Scheduled to open in the 2026 NFL season as the new home for the Buffalo Bills, the stadium is the largest construction project in Western New York's history. It will feature advanced technology aimed at enhancing the overall fan experience. In this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, Servers are tasked with providing exceptional guest service in their designated areas. The position requires interaction with guests to ensure satisfaction by offering personalized service that exceeds expectations. Servers support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables, running food, and completing opening, closing, and side work duties. They must be knowledgeable about the various food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium to guide guests effectively.

This role involves maintaining a collaborative and pleasant demeanor toward customers, coworkers, and management while strictly adhering to Legends Global and venue company policies. Safety is paramount, and all Servers must practice safe work habits and complete mandatory safety and compliance training. Given the nature of live stadium events, candidates should be prepared to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $19, commensurate with experience.

Physically, Servers must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and cope with constant standing, walking, twisting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Working in all weather conditions is required, alongside exposure to loud noises such as fireworks, voices, and audio systems, as well as flashing lights and temperature extremes. The ideal candidates will bring a flexible, self-motivated attitude, capable of quickly adapting to change while thriving in a team environment. This job is well-suited for individuals with 2 to 3 years of experience in high-end or fast-paced venues such as clubs or restaurants. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
  • ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
  • self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team player
