Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- experience working in fast-paced, high-end clubs or restaurants
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service and guest relations
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and constant standing and walking
- availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- comply with safety and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- enough mobility to perform assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
- self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team player
Job Duties
- Interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction
- provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations
- support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies
- practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and compliance training
- work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
