Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- punctual and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to read and comprehend banquet event orders when setting up events
- set up banquet functions including linens, dishware, glassware, and silverware
- serve meals to guests or replenish food to buffet line
- serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages verifying guest identification
- carry meals on a tray
- set up and maintain food and beverage stations consistent with company standards
- observe guests to respond to additional requests and determine when the meal is completed
- clear dishes, glassware, and silverware guests are done with
- refill salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, condiments, and napkins
- replace tableware and linens as necessary
- participate in both set up and clean up of events
- work individually and with a team
- maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- demonstrate punctual attendance
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
