Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous experience as a restaurant server
- flexible availability including weekends, nights, holidays, and high-demand periods
- ability to stand for long periods
- working knowledge of food sanitation and handling
- ServSafe certification preferred
- understanding of VA ABC laws and regulations
- TIPS certification preferred

- flexible availability, including weekends, nights, holidays, and periods of high demand
- previous experience as a restaurant server required
- excellent customer-service, time-management, and communication skills
- effective problem-solving skills with the ability to respond and act quickly
- working knowledge of food sanitation and food handling
- ServSafe certified preferred
- understanding of VA ABC laws and regulations
- TIPS certified preferred
- ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position, such as standing for long periods
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Completing restaurant and server station set-up and breakdown/side-work
- taking and fulfilling food and beverage orders per guests' preferences
- performing cashier functions accurately, such as closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork
- complying with Omni's standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations
- using Omni "All In" app to promote employee recognition
- becoming proficient with the POS system and its various functions
- being a team player by assisting other associates whenever possible
- interacting with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- providing information on the hotel's features and amenities
- performing other duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or F&B Manager
