Job Requirements
- able to lift up to 70 pounds
- able to be on your feet for up to eight hours
- experience in food and beverage service
- knowledge of restaurant beverage and food menus
- friendly and motivated with a passion to serve others
- ability to work in various temperature conditions including exposure to food and beverage cleaning chemicals
- able to work interior and exterior hotel environments
Job Qualifications
- work cohesively with entire hotel staff as part of a team
- support procedures for food and beverage portion and waste controls
- perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
- minimum one year work related experience
Job Duties
- wait on tables promptly and courteously
- serve guests in any way possible
- have full familiarity with menus
- have complete knowledge of service times and menu
- have full knowledge of beverage offerings
- perform station set-up and break-down
- complete all side work duties as assigned
- polish and clean water glasses before opening hours
- perform any other duties assigned by the restaurant manager
- provide service according to OMNI Moments of Service Standards
- greet all guests pleasantly using surnames when known
