Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong teamwork and reliability
- valid identification for employment verification
- physical ability to perform job duties
- prior food handler or alcohol service certification a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in food and beverage service or bartending preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling payments and orders

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- prepare and serve drinks following company recipes and standards
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- collaborate with team members to optimize service and guest satisfaction
