We are seeking both part-time and full-time Servers and Bartenders to join our team. This role is essential to creating an outstanding dining experience by delivering efficient, friendly, and attentive service to our guests. Servers at Chili's play a key role in greeting customers, taking orders, serving delicious meals, and ensuring guests have everything they need for an enjoyable visit. The kitchen and bar staff rely heavily on servers and bartenders to maintain smooth operations while exemplifying professionalism and team spirit.

Bartenders at Chili's not only mix and serve beverages but also engage with guests, creating an inviting atmosphere at the bar. They are responsible for crafting drinks to perfection while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with food and beverage regulations. Bartenders often hold a critical role in driving sales and enhancing guest satisfaction through personalized recommendations and attentive service.

This position offers competitive pay rates ranging from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour including tips, with an average full-time server earning between $720 and $1000 weekly, and bartenders earning between $800 and $1200 weekly depending on shifts.
