Our dynamic server team plays an essential role in this mission. We are currently looking for friendly and outgoing Servers to join our team who share our passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service. As a Server at Oregano's, you will be at the forefront of the guest experience, responsible for accurately taking orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining guest satisfaction from the moment they sit down until they leave. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, hosts, and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining journey for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a restaurant serving role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be encouraged to suggest menu items like appetizers, desserts, and beverages to enhance the guest's visit and increase sales. Your role will also involve handling payments and adhering to cash handling procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
