Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary
  • Must be able to read and write
  • Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude
  • ABC Certification or equivalent
  • Experience in food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greeting and seating residents and guests
  • Responsible for taking meal and beverage orders and serving requested items according to established policies
  • Maintain all side stations and dining areas using the clean as you go policy
  • Assist with special events and functions as needed
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Assist with orientation and training of new food servers
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene
  • Attend all in-services as required
  • Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor
