Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or willing to obtain
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties

Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
Understand the restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
