The role we are seeking to fill is that of a Server, pivotal to the front-of-house operations. The Server is responsible for providing outstanding service by adhering to the brand's core Steps of Service. Servers must be adept in multitasking within a fast-paced setting, managing tables efficiently while collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members. The ability to upsell menu items and communicate current specials plays a key part in maximizing sales and enhancing the guest experience. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the dining area and service stations is essential to meet hygiene standards and operational readiness. Furthermore, Servers support the team by running food orders, assisting fellow crewmembers, and participating in assigned side-work duties. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass training and certification tests for food and alcohol service
- Commitment to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- Knowledge of local and airport regulations
- Must demonstrate reliability and professionalism

Job Duties
- Serve guests food and beverages following the brand's core Steps of Service
- Work in assigned restaurant location as determined by management
- Provide friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every customer
- Maintain company standards and solid product knowledge
- Answer guest questions and communicate daily food and drink specials
- Take accurate orders and enter into the point-of-sale system
- Ensure guest satisfaction and offer up-selling opportunities
- Verify ages for alcohol orders and serve responsibly
- Prepare hot and cold drinks and mixed non-alcoholic drinks as needed
- Demonstrate appropriate wine service techniques
- Anticipate guests' needs, refill drinks, and replenish flatware
- Assist other servers and alert crewmembers of customer needs
- Run food orders as needed
- Remove dirty dishes and prepare itemized bills
- Maintain spotless working environment and assist kitchen staff
- Participate in daily side-work tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- Maintain knowledge of airport, terminal, and restaurant information
- Adhere to uniform and appearance guidelines
- Sweep and mop as needed
- Perform other duties and side-work as assigned
