Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop, and wipe
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
  • Willingness to accept direction and constructive criticism
  • Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and behavior guidelines
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing within 90 days of hire where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
  • Demonstrates an outgoing personality
  • Ability to interact with coworkers in a friendly and respectful manner

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of food menus and beverage offerings including wine and cocktails
  • Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
  • Follow all side work procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Process guest payments promptly and accurately
  • Uphold company safety, sanitation policies, and hospitality standards
  • Accept direction and constructive criticism from management
  • Work a variety of shifts including weekends and busy periods
  • Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude on every shift
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching as required
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
