Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop, and wipe
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- Willingness to accept direction and constructive criticism
- Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and behavior guidelines
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing within 90 days of hire where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
- Demonstrates an outgoing personality
- Ability to interact with coworkers in a friendly and respectful manner
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food menus and beverage offerings including wine and cocktails
- Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
- Follow all side work procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Process guest payments promptly and accurately
- Uphold company safety, sanitation policies, and hospitality standards
- Accept direction and constructive criticism from management
- Work a variety of shifts including weekends and busy periods
- Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude on every shift
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching as required
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
