Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the shift
Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop, and wipe
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
Willingness to accept direction and constructive criticism
Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and behavior guidelines
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing within 90 days of hire where applicable

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Previous server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area
Demonstrates an outgoing personality
Ability to interact with coworkers in a friendly and respectful manner

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to guests
Maintain thorough knowledge of food menus and beverage offerings including wine and cocktails
Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
Follow all side work procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Process guest payments promptly and accurately
Uphold company safety, sanitation policies, and hospitality standards
Accept direction and constructive criticism from management
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and busy periods
Maintain a positive and pleasant attitude on every shift
Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and reaching as required
Perform other assigned duties as needed
