Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
one to three years food service experience preferred
micros POS experience preferred
safe server alcohol and food handlers certification required
must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
ability to lift up to 45 lbs
ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
ability to work in varying temperature environments
excellent communication skills
basic computer proficiency
knowledge of food safety and alcohol service policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills
good communication skills, both verbal and written
detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
basic computer skills including knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
knowledge of table and bar service
knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles
ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact, and diplomacy
self-driven and able to work independently

Job Duties

Greet all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
take guest food and beverage orders
describe menu items, ingredients, and methods of preparation
suggest menu products to customers
clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
verify customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages
perform opening and closing procedures, and side work duties according to station rotation assignment
maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area through disposing of all waste, clearing, and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down service and preparation areas
participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet
operate a cash register/POS and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card
assist all guests professionally and courteously
all other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
