At Matchbox, we are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Servers who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional service. Servers play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. As a Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests with genuine hospitality, guiding them through the menu, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring that every detail of their dining journey is seamless and enjoyable. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is essential for working shifts that meet operational needs.

This position demands physical stamina and dexterity, including the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds for extended periods.
