Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- must have or be willing to obtain CA Food Handler's Certification
- must pass RBS training
- prior experience in restaurant, bar, or hotel industries preferred
- available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- able to work Monday through Saturday, 3:30 pm - 2:30 am
Job Qualifications
- Able to service multiple tables at once
- strong cocktail knowledge and serving experience preferred
- demonstrate an ability to interact with many types of guests effectively
- has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler's Certification and pass RBS training
- 21+ years of age or older
Job Duties
- Take and deliver drink orders to seated parties
- act as subject matter expert to guests and aid them in making selections
- determine situations that need to be escalated to the management team
- maintain overall floor cleanliness
- support the host team in seating as necessary
- assist in opening and closing
