Leatherby's Cafe Rouge in Costa Mesa, California, is currently hiring part-time Servers to join their vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Servers at Leatherby's Cafe Rouge are essential to creating memorable dining experiences by offering outstanding service, making guests feel valued from the moment they enter the restaurant. This is a tipped position with an hourly wage of $16.90, exclusive of potential tip earnings.

You'll also be expected to responsibly serve alcoholic beverages in line with all policies and procedures. Collaborating effectively with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and bar personnel is crucial to maintaining a seamless dining experience. The role involves opening and closing duties, cleaning and organizing workspaces, and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and functioning properly.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling cash and credit card payments, preferably with at least one year in a high-volume service environment, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. There’s no requirement for a high school diploma or GED to apply, making this role accessible for individuals eager to begin or continue a hospitality career.

Physically, Servers must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions like bending. Working evening and weekend shifts is required, reflecting the busy nature of the restaurant industry during those times.

Delaware North is deeply committed to the well-being of its team members, providing comprehensive benefits designed to support both personal and professional development. Alongside weekly pay and employee discounts, team members enjoy flexible work schedules, ongoing training and development opportunities, health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.

At Delaware North, you aren't just joining a team—you become part of a global family with a century-long heritage. Whether you're interested in restaurants, hotels, sports, gaming, or retail, this is a chance to build your career in a diverse and exciting industry.
