Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous server or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Must successfully complete pre-hire health assessment, drug screen, and tobacco screen
- Commitment to providing excellent resident-focused service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly service by answering menu questions and making drink suggestions
- Ensure timely, high-quality food and drink service while maintaining table appearance and cleanliness
- Monitor food presentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Promote a safe, comfortable dining experience and promptly address guest concerns
- Collaborate with team members, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and complete side work efficiently
