The Layover - Pool Bar Server role at IHG is a customer-facing position located within the vibrant and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel’s pool bar area. This position is instrumental in enhancing guests’ leisure experiences by delivering attentive and personalized service. As a Pool Bar Server, you will welcome guests, recommend food and drink options suited to their preferences, and ensure that each interaction is pleasant and seamless. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • compliance with local food safety and alcohol service laws
  • fluent in the local language
  • willingness to wear required uniform and personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • basic literacy including reading, writing and math skills

Job Duties
