Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience as a server in a contemporary dining restaurant
- At least 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of food presentation, ingredients, and preparation
- Ability to handle money and operate POS systems
- Exceptional personality and hospitality-driven attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Polished, professional, friendly, and dynamic
- Ability to take initiative in a guest service focused environment
- Maintains a sense of urgency to complete tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide attentive service to all customers while taking and serving food and beverage orders
- Present yourself as a positive reflection of the venue while providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare tables for service
- Act as a food and cocktail tour guide, making personal recommendations
- Possess thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer all guest questions
- Serve food, wine, and beverages
- Oversee all aspects of table service
- Provide direct service to guests by taking orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver all guest requests in a timely fashion
- Maintain, clear, and reset table setups
- Input all orders accurately into the POS system
- Ensure work area complies with Health District health codes
- Handle cash quickly and accurately
- Upsell food and beverages
- Keep stations stocked by polishing and distributing china, glassware, and silverware
- Perform proper cash, comp, and check control procedures
- Perform opening, running, and closing side work
