Job Requirements

Must love and take care of guests
Must be able to handle cash quickly and accurately
Must be able to upsell
Ability to maintain work area in compliance with health codes
Ability to perform opening, running, and closing side work
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills

Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years experience as a server in a contemporary dining restaurant
At least 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of food presentation, ingredients, and preparation
Ability to handle money and operate POS systems
Exceptional personality and hospitality-driven attitude
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Polished, professional, friendly, and dynamic
Ability to take initiative in a guest service focused environment
Maintains a sense of urgency to complete tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond

Job Duties

Provide attentive service to all customers while taking and serving food and beverage orders
Present yourself as a positive reflection of the venue while providing exceptional customer service
Prepare tables for service
Act as a food and cocktail tour guide, making personal recommendations
Possess thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer all guest questions
Serve food, wine, and beverages
Oversee all aspects of table service
Provide direct service to guests by taking orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver all guest requests in a timely fashion
Maintain, clear, and reset table setups
Input all orders accurately into the POS system
Ensure work area complies with Health District health codes
Handle cash quickly and accurately
Upsell food and beverages
Keep stations stocked by polishing and distributing china, glassware, and silverware
Perform proper cash, comp, and check control procedures
Perform opening, running, and closing side work
