Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Committment to schedule is expected
  • Demonstrate excellence in guest service, interactions with co-workers, and compliance with uniform and grooming standards
  • Serve passed foods, beverages, or plated meals to guests, replenish food stations or bars, and attend to food stations, bars, buffets, or coat check with comprehensive knowledge of all items
  • Assist in unloading and loading equipment, products, or goods to and from event venues, capable of handling up to 50 pounds of weight
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in both event space and back-of-house areas
  • Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards across all areas
  • Perform any standard duties or tasks assigned related to service setup, execution, and breakdown
