Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions
- Accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, processing payments according to company policies
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food service industry
