Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions
accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system
serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards
check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
handle cash and credit card transactions, processing payments according to company policies
follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food service industry
