Their commitment to employee well-being and professional growth makes IHOP an appealing workplace for individuals passionate about the restaurant business and customer service.

The Server role at IHOP is an essential position that serves as the friendly face guests encounter when they enter the restaurant. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, attending to their needs promptly, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Servers at IHOP take orders, make food and beverage recommendations, and serve meals with professionalism and a smile. In addition to providing outstanding service, servers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Working as a server at IHOP provides an opportunity to develop communication, organizational, and customer service skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The job is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working collaboratively in a team setting, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
