Job Duties
- Serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner
- prepare beverages for other servers
- act as cashier for the bar
- maintain proper and adequate bar set-up including requisitioning and stocking all supplies
- maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and practicing portion control
