- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- greet guests as they arrive with genuine warmth
- answer questions about the menu, nightly features, and reservations
- serve guests drinks and starters while they wait
- keep track of waiting guests, providing accurate wait times and ensuring our dining room is seated efficiently
- act with confidence to ensure our guests love their experience when unique situations arise
